Waxing before labour

Need an advice I waxed down there at 38 weeks with my first baby but he came at almost 41 weeks. Is it really worthy doing it this early or shall I wait until 39 weeks? Is pretty bad down there I’m getting so stressed about going into labour in such a state.

Oh hey! I got waxed the other day and I’m 37 weeks - the lady waxed EVERYTHING OFF which was not part of the plan. I wanted her to tidy not wax it all - now I feel like a baby 🤣 I’m worried it’s all going to grow back by the time the baby comes!

But anyway is it normal to be all waxed off to birth? She told me that all moms that about to birth ask her to wax it off but ive never heard that! Does anyone else do that?

Is it a woman's duty to have sex with their partner no matter how she feels and to even put her babies 2nd just to please him?

Even if she is post-partum, the default parent, doing everything around the house or maybe not feeling up to it... Should her duty be to have sex? Otherwise he has a "right" to go elsewhere for it or a "right" to treat her unfairly if doesn't? Also should the babies/children come last just to fulfill this "duty"?

How is everyone having sex with so little time?

Honestly, having a newborn/baby under 1 is already challenging specially with the nights where the baby is fighting sleep…how is everyone here finding the time to have sex? Also with bigger wake windows and no family support around to watch the baby!!

When did contact naps end for you?

When were you able to put your baby in a crib or bassinet for naps without your baby waking up or crying.

Own bedroom

What age did everyone transfer their little ones into their own room? I feel like I’m holding on for my own selfish reasons 😭

Putting the baby down

Hey, I have a 5 month old baby boy who is so clingy towards me. I absolutely love it and I love him to pieces; however I cannot get him to go down at all. I know they say co sleeping is dangerous, but I’ve done a lot of research and follow a lot of women who co sleep with their babies on instagram to make sure I do it the safest way possible because he just will not go in his crib. If I put him down, he instantly cries and will scream the place down until I pick him up. I don’t know what to do, I can’t get anything done around the house and my body is just so achey all the time from holding him 24/7. Any tips??? I’ve tried loads but nothing works, I can’t even get him on the dummy, he can’t keep it in his mouth and he just wants to eat his hands all the time x
