I was hesitant to register at first as I felt at 5 weeks it might be too soon, but online advice suggested I register ASAP.
I recieved my booking appointment date for when I will be exactly 12 weeks. Has anyone else had this? I know its still in the window where I can have screening, and it seems like they are combining the booking appointment with the dating scan appointment?
I know the NHS is stretched but it also makes me a bit nervous and I want to stay aware to be able to advocate for my own health. Like many FTMs its fairly daunting and lonely.

The booking appointment is normally an integration (not really, but it feels like it 😅), about you, your partner and your health. They'll explain the service and what to expect, but you don't get much more than that. In my Trust at the scan at 12 weeks, you also had blood tests which screened the baby for choromosal differences, so that's when you would expect that! 💞
