Baby sitting unsupported for 30+ seconds
Almost 5 months If I put her in a self seated position unsupported she will sit happily and if she starts to fall will hold herself up with her arm. But I thought babies don’t start independently sitting until 6+ months. Is this bad for her hip/ spine development

My daughter sat independently at 5 months, had no issues! She was walking by 9 months aswell! All babies are different when it comes to development! 🫶
Mine sat at 5 months, no problems - the issues around spines etc is when you force them to sit, like in those bumbo chairs, before they’re ready. If they’re doing it themselves then no problems x
