Hey guys, not sure if it’s just me or if anyone can offer advice
I’ve been finding it really hard with motion sickness and feeling faint the past couple weeks (I’m 9 weeks) and have had to take time off work sick
I’m now finding that my anxiety is also making it really hard for me to return as I worry about the time I’ve had off and that I will be judged and my team will be annoyed with me not being there
I feel like I’m just in a constant loop and I’m finding work to be really difficult at the moment as I’m anxious when I’m off but also just do not feel well enough to be able to drive myself to work and keep up with the workload expected

I’m 8 weeks and I feel exactly the same. I’ve not been going into the office and instead working from home but even then can’t do a full days work. Suspect this will get worse if my nausea and anxiety feel worse.
Just remember that pregnancy sick leave is protected for a reason. Everyone goes through this and it’s only for a limited time. You’ve got to do what feels right for you and if that’s taking more time off then so be it. It won’t be forever!
Hope you’re doing okay otherwise.

I would go to the doctor and get a fit note statement that you're fit to work but they advise to work from home. I would also ensure your employer knows that you are pregnant, they can't make you take time off sick if there is an alternative (like working from home)
If they become difficult I would contact acas who would be able to provide you with advice.
