Hello,
I’m around 7 weeks pregnant and I’m really struggling with food aversions. I can eat carbohydrates and eggs, but the thought of fish, meat, chicken, and many other foods makes me feel completely put off.
Did anyone else experience this in early pregnancy? What foods could you tolerate, and when did it start to improve? I’d love to hear your experiences because I’m worried I’m not getting enough protein at the moment.

Oh for sure, I’m currently off eggs and tea. First pregnancy I couldn’t stand cheese and onion crisps or coffee. I found it passed when I got to the second trimester. Just eat what you can and you can make up for it later 🥰
