Deep freeze gel was the only thing that helped me with restless legs! Saved me in my third trimester πŸ˜‚

If I were you I’d get my bloods checked to see if I’m deficient in iron or magnesium. Before I was pregnant my legs would shake and I found out I was severely deficient in magnesium. Once you find out why then you can target it better x

I’ve wanted a girl all my life and now I’m having one I’m struggling so bad to find a name!

I always loved Bella, but my sister called her daughter Isabella and I think it’s too close…

I’m English and my partner is German so I’m looking at names from both cultures. Our list so far is…

Leni
Ella
Lilli
Lyra
Keira

I don’t absolutely love any of them any thoughts and suggestions would be very welcome!! πŸ’•

Labour and post birth visitors

I see a lot of people saying they don’t want anyone knowing when they are in labour and don’t want any visitors after. Just wondering what the general thoughts are on this? What are people’s reasons for wanting/not wanting this.

I’m a first time mum and thinking I want my friends and family around me straight away (if they want to) is there some sort of negative to this?

Strong pain on lower side belly

Hello ladies, I am 25 weeks tomorrow and just experienced a couple sharp moments of pain on my right side, right under my belly, roughly where you get period pains (i can only describe them as contraption-like even if I don't know what a contraption feels like).

It lasted a few second twice then went away. Laying down now and it's gone.

I have had period-like mild cramping across lower belly all morning, but i know thats nothing to worry about, just worth mentioning.

Any of you had this? Could it be braxton or ligament? Halp

Lazy?

When do you mammas have time to workout? Just at home?
I have a dog which I walk in the mornings when hot (walk at lunch if not) so up at 6am, Little one is up 7/7:30, preschool at 9, pick up at 4, working in between these hours. Then dinner and bed for 7pm ish. I’m struggling to find time to squeeze a workout in or am I being lazy and just need to be up earlier??
