My lo gets dysregulated and fights sleep at the best of times but I’m so keen to restrict day time sleep to try and make nights better, and try and get a more set schedule, but scared I will make her worse as the already wakes still tired most of the time. After having little day time sleep with carers nights seem to be worse any way so thinking it may not work? Any tips?
