FTM here of a 4 month. Looking for some mom advice. No matter what I do, my baby fights his daytime naps so hard. I am closely tracking his wake windows and watching his sleep cues like a hawk, but the second it’s time for a nap, he starts arching his back and cries at times. I feed him well burp. Change his nappy. Play with him, non stimulating. It feels like a physical battle every single day these days especially. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips on how to get him to settle down without the fight? Can 4 month sleep regression affect nap?

I've had the same problem with my baby. I just downloaded the Huckleberry app to track her sleep schedule better and so far it has helped. One it tells me her nap is due soon, I'll actively start getting her to sleep against my chest and stay there a while before putting her down in her bassinet.

My little girl is the same. 5months old. Needs movement or my chest to get her off

My babies a little over three months and has been kinda fussy about it lately. I walk her around and lay down with her, I’ve found that white noise usually helps quite a bit too. A lot of times I have to just lay down with her while she naps, really makes it a struggle to get anything done, but I do enjoy the snuggle time.
