Have you talked to your midwife? Sounds like you need to referred in to a pelvic physio? I've had PGP in both my pregnancies and had physio both times to make it manageable but this sounds much worse then mine got. Hopefully your trust has a specialist physio team for it you can be referred in to, as they can provide support, exercises but also I've been given physical items to help.

I had physio with my second baby. Haven't done physio this time even though it has still been bad (probably worse tbh) I've just found rest has helped or doing some stretches as painful as they are.

I paid for a one off session with a chiropractor- absolutely game changing! Could walk like normal for a couple of hours again even just after one session
