I know our bodies are so amazing, but I am 8months pp and I’m really struggling with the weight gain and the c-section overhang. Any else in the same boat?🥺😭

I’m 6 months pp and same, doesn’t help that I breastfed for 2 months (with twins, supply was low so had to stop) but the chocolate and sweet cravings remained… I tried to do small exercises and then was in pain, I try to eat well but I’m so busy with the babies, it’s a battle everyday. Either I don’t eat at all or grab a take away… it’s hard.

Core exercises are the best to help rebuild the strength 💪. Then i guess its walking and eating in moderation, exercising 3 times a week and drinking lots of water, you got this!

I’ve never struggled like I am now. Tbh it’s also my first section but third baby. Hate going out coz I feel horrible xx

I'm almost 8 months PP after a c-section and I have been exercising pretty consistently from about about 3 months PP. I've lost most of the weight and toned up but still have the low belly overhang - I think it just takes time for your body to go back annoyingly!

My first daughter was born in Aug 2024 via.section and after her I loved how I looked and felt, but then I got pregnant again and had my other daughter in Sept 2025 and since then, I hate my body, my overhang, everything 😭 I've never been a small girl but I've always been confident curvy, until this summer 😭 x

5 years in and its still a stress for me. Ive noticed a good diet has reduced mine, as did time but i still hate it
