I am 11+1 and I have struggled quite badly with 24/7 nausea, eating and drinking since week 2. I take cylazine, but I dont know if thats making it worse to be honest (I've tried going without to see if it makes a difference, but can't really tell).
The last 2 weeks it eased off a little, but then the last 3 days its flared up again and I have actually vomited a little bile in the mornings then had nausea as bad as it was a few weeks ago.
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Yes 😭😭 honestly I had it so bad I swore I would never get pregnant again. Most days nothing actually helped (except sleeping) but luckily started to fade away at around 13 weeks. My mum lives in Portugal and got me some tablets called Nausefe that were the only thing that helped but at this point I was already 10-11 weeks. Sending you love it’s honestly so hard and only people who went through it know how it’s like x

Also you can ask your doctor for a different medication, I was prescribed 2 other when I said cyclizine wasn’t helping, unfortunately neither of the other 2 helped either but it might for you so defo worth trying!!

This happened to me in the first trimester and honestly it was horrible. I do have some tips for you that worked for me. 1. Take your nausea meds as soon as you wake up before you eat and wait to eat so the medicine can work in your system, while you wait, eat some tiny saltine crackers and drink some apple juice or water if you can tolerate it. 2. If you feel nauseous, it’s best to avoid anything that makes it worse and wait for the wave to go away, if you do vomit, wait to eat or drink anything and take your medicine after as well to prevent another wave. 3. Always avoid anything that triggers you to have nausea immediately
