So I have the opportunity to take my kiddo, 4.5 to see The Lion King. It is my favourite disney movie and favourite musical, so taking him to see it.would be everything. It was last here around 2015 and prior to that, 2004. I saw it borh times.
He has audhd, so I am not sure how he will go.
He has been to several movies (Elio, Smurfs, Mario, Jurassic Park (don't judge, fell asleep 🤣), Paw Patrol etc) and has been really good.
So with The Lion King, we have the option of a sensory friendly session, which could be good.
2 of my friends and my sister also want to see it and am wondering what to do.
Try and see it with them AND my son. See it with them THEN my son. Just see it with them. Just see it with my son.
So conflicted.
It runs until October, I believe, so he will be nearly 5 then.

See it with your son first that way if he doesn’t want to sit through it, you can see it with your friends later 🤷🏿‍♀️
