Any even unconventional tips are more than welcomed! I’m having nausea 24/7 and now have been written out of work for the next 2 weeks at least.
It’s making it so incredibly difficult to enjoy this pregnancy, which was so incredibly wanted.
Any tips, tricks please! I’ve tried all the usual, ginger, small meals, eating more often, not getting out of bed till I’ve eaten, etc. nothing helps!
Also when did your nausea stop? Can I at least expect it to go away soon😅 I’m 9 weeks today.

I was sick until week 17 and it was a pain! I was prescribed cyclizine (which helped but made me sick due to it’s flavour,
So I was putting the tablet in empty capsules). I also found very helpful having dry biscuits when I woke up (belvitas) and during the day ginger tea, ice lollies and cold drinks.

I was going to A&E once a week for hydration, antisickness and vitamin drip as I was vomiting so much and it always gave me 2 or 3 days of feeling a little bit better. I also tried the wristband and cyclizine which helped but the nausea never truly went away, it was always lingering. Week 6 until 12 were horrendous for me but after that it got better and better and from week 14 I was finally able to enjoy the pregnancy 🥰
