Has anyone else been struggling pgp?
I’ve had it for 2 days so far and struggling to walk for long or even lift my legs without horrible pain 🫠
Any advice or tips to help?

Yes! I started struggling quite early on and have found a bit of a rhythm now.
Depending on your NHS trust, you should be able to self-refer for physio support. If you can’t find a referral option online, message or call your midwife to find out how - don’t wait for your next appointment!
In the meantime, I’ve found some relief in adjustments to how I sit (never cross legged!), and how I get up from chairs / bed/ car. Keeping legs together and not putting weight in just one leg.
Sit on the bed to get dressed, put on shoes, etc.
Some walking helps, once you’ve warmed up, but too much hurts and I’ve found makes the pain worse the following day. It’s hard to know the limit until you’ve found it!
Stairs are particularly hard for me - when they’re unavoidable, going sideways slowly has helped. I don’t care if I look silly at this point it’s just what has to happen (this is the worst part of my commute into London)

I had that yesterday! I was in agony so bought a pregnancy belt off Amazon, arrived today but have been ok today. When I looked into it said take short strides when walking, don’t sit for too long in one position, have a bath etc. but it’s the hormone relaxin - literally relaxing your whole pelvis to make room 🙈 x

I've had it constantly from early on but indo suffer with fibromyalgia which doesn't help. What I find to help is an exercise ball I can gently rock on that and it helps. Also a pregnancy support belt helps too.
