I’m a first-time mom, and I was only 100 lbs pre-pregnancy at 5’4”. I am currently 160 lbs 😆 My partner was almost 10 lbs at birth, and our baby girl is currently being estimated at 8–10 lbs. 😭
I’m starting to get really anxious about labor and keep worrying that she’ll get stuck or that my hips are just too small. I know ultrasound estimates can be off, but it’s hard not to overthink it.
Has anyone with a smaller frame delivered a bigger baby? I’d love to hear some positive experiences or reassuring stories. ❤️

With my first pregnancy I was 93lbs before getting pregnant and was 146lbs at the end of my pregnancy and I had an 8lbs 1 ounce baby. Im 5'5", my hubby was 9 and a half lbs at birth.
He fit just fine, he looked kind big when I was holding him but he came out just fine. Labor was 11 hours from start to finish and I pushed for 45 minutes and I had a very small first degree tear

Thank you! 🥹 Gives me hope and confidence for my future. 🫶🏼 congratulations on your baby and little one on the way!

I was 105lbs prebaby and had a 9lb baby. He wouldn’t fit after 5 hours of pushing and a failed vacuum attempt, i had to do a C-section!
