Hey! The advice tends to be flat for sleeping. My little boy is the same and really tall so outgrew the bassinet. We've put him in the seat, have him on the slightly sat up setting and when he falls asleep we just lay it flat 😊

I use the seat for mine baby girl, she hated not being able to see anything.
I couldn’t take her anywhere in the pram so when she hit 2 months I put her in the seat on the lowest tilt setting 😁

My little boy is 3 months and still in the laid down setting but we have always had it ever so slightly tilted up so he is not upside down when going down hills 😂 just didn't seem or look right to me and would rather he didn't constantly have all the blood rushing to his head. Might start moving him to the seat soon though as he can hold his own head up and would be nice for him to look around more when we are out

We’ve had our baby using the tilted seat for about a month now because he likes looking out. I think as long as they can hold their head well it should be OK - our little boy loves it
