Trying to increase supply

I’m trying to increase my supply any advice on how to do this fast?

I’m currently trying to pump inbetween feeds but not sure if it’s making much of a difference. Currently using the mom cozy m5, would you recommend trying a different pump not sure how effectively these are emptying me

i got mine up to where i’m ebf in 2 weeks of actually trying. for me this worked:

• hospital grade pump: borrowed one from a feeding specialist (nhs)

• medication: taking domperidone (spelling idk) 3x a day. i also took moringa tablets and momclub breastfeeding tablets but not sure if either actually made a difference.

• pump schedule: for me 6x a day for 40 minutes worked better than 8+, i pumped at 03:45, 08:15, 12:00, 16:00, 19:45, 23:15 everyday. the morning pumps bring in supply the most.

• diet: i ate porridge every morning for the oats, hydrating constantly (just water though), eating enough that i’m not in a calorie deficit.

good luck! it’s such an emotional journey but when it works it’s worth it 💕

It's tough work and needs dedication. It's supply and demand. Pump constantly like every 2 hours and add power pump that's not a part of normal schedule. LOTS OF WATER!!! Eat well too, not junk but actually healthy nutritious meals and snacks. Brewers yeast for making snacks. Gotta have at least a week to see increase. But it does help

Just Mentally tired.

Hi everyone just looking to vent new mum  with ppd . I live with my husband but he's not really supportive financially or with our child. Im starting to be resentful towards him and other family members.l haven't had a day off since i was pregnant i do everything buy myself. I have my parents and they work so not much support there as well. I have spoken to my friends and some  other family members about my situation. I  keep getting told it will end give it time.  Im trying to be as strong as i can  for myself and my child. Sometimes im made to feel like terrible mum which I already think I am because of the ppd. Sometimes I don't feel like getting out of bed , clean , eat ,talk . Husband doesn't help with the house chores as well. I am mentally , emotionally and physically tired. im always LONELY always.  I get  judged  about the postpartum depression that I have  , i didn't choose it.
Right now im at a family members house i don't know if that's the best  choice or not. Being here it's not helping because no one helps me as much.
I had started going to work but that's also putting a mental strain on my body.  Parents don't like to babysit.  If i ask husband it's pointless as well.

I want to move out but I have no income support.
What do I do

Can you please share current routines? (I know they will be loose)

I am just wanting to understand what an evening looks like and amount of time little one sleeps.

Do they have a large wake window before their final night feed? Or just same as the day waking every couple hours for a feed?

Got these for my little one

I brought these for my one year old to get her off the bottles she was on

I did a lot of research on them, and a few people recommended them for her age

Just wanted to see what mums thought on here about them before I start using them

Burning candles?

I know we shouldn’t because it’s not good for adults but especially babies but I miss burning a candle in the evening and we have a rented house that smells musty no matter how much we deep clean everything and air out the house for hours everyday. Does anyone burn a soy candle downstairs in the evening with windows being open whilst baby is upstairs asleep or do you think it’s too much of a risk? Any advice /opinions would be greatly appreciated (my baby is 9 months btw)
