I'm really struggling with my 3 year old right now. I have a newborn also but tbh baby isn't the issue 🥴 She barely cries unless gassy, so atm we're very lucky for that. However my 3 year old has been so relentless recently (just non stop chatting, singing, asking for things over and over, playing with the loudest toys, leaving mysic playing whilst hes not even in the room etc), which I know is normal and I'm not trying to stop him from talking or expressing himself, but I'll admit it is grating on me. I can just about manage it until he starts tantruming or pushing boundaries, then my patience starts unfurling faster than I can cope with.
I've seen adverts for loop earplugs but wasn't sure if they actually work? Like how can they block noise but you can still hear? 🤔🫣 Maybe I'm being dumb, so I'd wondered if anyone has actually used them for the same reasons and found them helpful? I'm just getting so overstimulated!!

They kinda just muffle the noise. If you’re hesitant, have you tried listening to loud music with earphones in first?
