My husband is refusing to have sex with me as he doesn’t want to have another baby. He is pressuring me into having a contraceptive. BTW I’m 4 months postpartum. What do I do? Anyone else in this situation?

I have never been on any contraceptive am afraid that it’s too early to be on one. Any suggestions on what to do? He doesn’t touch me anymore and we have become so distant.

Personally I would tell him that the long list of side effects on your body aren't worth it. Maybe recommend condoms? My husband and I were so against the idea of condoms until I had my emergency C-section with my second, and my two are 10 months apart. We knew we didn't want to risk another pregnancy and we didn't want to not be intimate so we decided to at least give condoms a try and let me tell you the Skyn's brand really does feel like you don't have one at all.

I want to add that I'm sorry he's behaving this way. My hubby will do anything I need in this department without complaining. Including getting a vasectomy soon.

If he’s so worried so what’s it’s bothering him to book an appointment for his vasectomy?

I would NEVER take contraceptives because it’s so well proved that can cause so many bad things for my body, including death.

There are non hormonal options if that’s what you’re worried about.
The copper IUD for instance. Please consult your doctor and bring your husband so you can all come to an informed decision that hopefully makes you all happy. 💚

Co-sleeping

Hi Mamas! My baby and I have been co-sleeping since he turned 1 month old. He is now 5 months old and has been sleeping longer stretches. He still wakes up to feeds like 2-3 times at night, I simply just feed him while laying down and would fall asleep together.

Anyways, I just want to know how and when did you switch from cosleeping to baby sleeping in their own bed?

I was thinking for our family, that we will wait for him to sleep through the night before transferring him into his own bed. But I’m curious to know what other parents have done 🫶🏼.

My husband and I have been cosleeping with our baby girl since her birth and it’s been hard to get intimate and have sex because of that.

Boys and there parts

So my baby boy is 11 months old and I can’t seem to get a nappy change done with-ought him grabbing his baby parts and yanking on it😅. The poor boy doesn’t know when to stop and end up hurting himself but he’s far too young for me to teach him that he can’t pull it like that. We do no nappy time and all he does is play with it, now before anyone says it becouse I know I would I’m not bothered about him playing with it it feels nice to him and that’s all it is for him however I need to find a way for him to stop hurting himself anyone els baby does this and is there anything I can do for him to stop hurting himself or just let him learn

Routine

Does anyone have a set routine for their babies yet? With my first I know we were on a 4 hour loop from 8am-8pm but my second just seems so unpredictable.
