Hello I am stuck at 1cm -2cm dilation for 4 days with intermittent contractions. Anyone have any suggestions please how to get things moving

I had my induction scheduled and I was 2cm dilated for 6 days before the induction. The only thing that moved things for me was sex. I also had sweep done 5 days before induction. Have you considered it? Not the most pleasant thing but it might help speed things up. On the day of my induction I was 3-4 cm dilated and they didn’t have to put me on drip as everything happened by itself. I can’t obviously say 100% if sex and sweep was the reason but it definitely helped a little bit with the process X

Brown discharge?

Last night I had light brown discharge only a small amount
I’ve then been asleep, been on a 5k walk, had an hour nap and it’s now 5pm. I’ve been to the toilet and just had a lot more dark brown discharge (the photo).
Anything I should be concerned about? I’m 7 weeks tomorrow

I had early scans and blood showing pregnancy is in the uterus, so it’s not an ectopic. Me and my partner haven’t had sex since we found out at 3.5 weeks, so I know it’s not from that.

37 weeks

Im slightly worried went for a scan today at 37 weeks and estimated for baby to be weighing 7lb 04 already does this mean baby will be big when born

When to try for baby no.2

Looking for advice. First baby was born via c section. I’d absolutely love to have a vbac second time round but I’m wondering any mamas out there had a vbac when did you fall pregnant?
My little one is 13months old.

Delayed Cord Clamping (UK birth)

I get a lot of American content on my social media feeds so I'm not sure if this is something we even need to worry about in the UK, and I will bring it up when I have my discussion with the Obstetrics team but if I am having an elective C-section will it be possible for them to delay cutting the umbilical cord until it's white/finished pumping, or is that not possible with a C-section? If it is possible, do I need to specifically ask for it or is it normal here in the UK?

Failed NST Test , 36 weeks and 3 days pregnant

Hi I’m a first time mom and I went in for an urgent NST test today at my obgyn office and baby boy failed the test he wasn’t moving much and his heart rate kept going up . They sent me to get an ultrasound and the ultrasound tech said everything looked normal , I was looking at the ultrasound and he barely moved . I kept telling my doctor that he isn’t as active as he used to be . My obgyn never takes my concerns seriously, what should I do ?
