Short legs

Hi! Has anyone been told there baby’s femur bone is measuring small?

My baby boy is measuring in the 49th percentile but his femur bone is measuring in the 8th percentile. I am 23 weeks pregnant and all his other bones and measurements are normal but I’m stressing! I have to have another scan at 28 weeks

Has anyone else had this? Or similar?

Yes when I was pregnant with my little girl at my 20 week scan I was told she was on the 6th or the 8th can’t quite remember now and that her femur was small we went back at 22 weeks still all small then again at 24 and she’d all caught up but we were told not sure at what scan now that she just won’t be very tall 🤷‍♀️ but I wouldn’t worry too much. Babies can lay in tricky positions which make it hard to get measurements and they are only estimated too due to this and babies also have stages of not growing they’ll have a stop then a spurt etc and not all babies grow at the same rate… I was really worried like you but reminded myself as long as she was healthy and all my movements were the same etc I had nothing to worry about…

Fucking exhausting

I knew having a baby wouldn’t be a walk in the park but this is ridiculous, we’ve been up with her since 12:30, it’s now 3:20! I’m actually so exhausted I’m not even tired anymore. My fiancé has to be up at 7:45 so he’s gone to sleep about 30 minutes ago when I managed to get baby to stop crying. She’s 10 months and only had one night like this. I’ve also kicked the baby gate so I’ve possibly got a broken little toe, last week she headbutted me and broke my tooth so now I look like a crackhead🙃 I’m just adding things that have gone wrong to the biggest list 😭

C section

This unit the reason mommy couldn’t deliver vaginally. He was so chunky wtf. Now he look like a cute lil bean. But fuck I definitely dodged a bullet for my puss not being able to push out a baby his size but also this recovery sucks ass. My boobs are four times bigger; just feelin like a fresh helium balloon and my body feels like it’s getting worse certain days and somewhat better on other days. This is the most bipolar shit my body ever been through. God my first birth was so easy 😭

DP

Husband and I tried DP with a dildo tonight (the same hole) and I’m afraid I won’t be able to go back to just his dick alone. It felt so good to be stretched and full. I’m not saying he isn’t packin’ but it was definitely a different experience.

Hey everyone 👋🏼

So at my 28 week midwife appointment she measured me and was on 97th centile, at 30 weeks again measured on 97th. Had a growth scan yesterday at 30+3 and they said I was on 17th centile?? Which one is more accurate as that’s quite a big difference? 🤦🏻‍♀️
