Managing to have time for yourself?

Same here but I manage a little with the playpen but now she’s got separation anxiety and screams in it

Might need to baby wear her but she’s big now

Losing my mind

Do you have a partner or family who can take some burden from you? Having someone take over so you can have a no pressure shower makes such a big difference. If possible, get them to take the baby out of the house or go out yourself - I struggle to relax when I can hear them in another room, especially if the baby gets upset!

I feel you, my little girl screams if i leave the room or doing something that doesnt involve her, like cleaning.

I have a playpen in the bedroom that i put her in if i need the toilet or shower, got some toys in there to keep her occupied for a while.

I have recently found out she loves laundry, so now i put a few clean items in a wash basket and put her in it too and let her mess around with it if i need to get some bits done downstairs.

If that fails i give her some toys on the floor and hope for the best 😂 shes crawling around so will follow me everywhere!
