31+6 weeks - growth scan

I was referred for a scan after my 28 week midwife app when they measured my bump and placed me just above the 10th centile. The scan that afternoon resulted in baby on the 54th centile. I’ve just had a follow up this morning and they are saying she’s now 16th centile and I’m being closely monitored weekly since there has been a drop / slow growth. Placenta blood flow and pressure were all normal today. Feeling pretty anxious though as how can these measurements be so wildly different in the space of 3 weeks?! Anyone else experienced this? I’m going to pack my hospital bag this weekend so it’s done, just incase!!

My fundal measurement was bang on 50th ish and then I had a growth scan for a fibroid that put her at 8th centile so... I am with you in the rollercoaster!

Oh bless you, so much to worry about. I had fetal growth restriction in my first pregnancy, we had 50th centile to the 17th. Then scans every 2 weeks where the baby wasn't changing at all. I had an induction at 39 weeks. He's 3 now and thriving but it's really scary. I've also found that the measurements can be off so hopefully the third scan should give you some clarity on where they are. They'll probably keep a really close eye on you now. Someone help

Went to the toilet this morning and something popped so I put a pad on and loads of red /pink went on the pad then it continued so I went to the toilet again and I couldn’t get off for 10 minutes of fluid dripping out still with a red tinge every now now I’ve got the worst like period pains going

Has anybody else been in this situation

I’m 36 weeks, I have gestational diabetes (that I’m managing very well) and anemia, my baby is 8 pounds and 3 ounces, I asked my doctor if we could discuss an induction, I feel like I’m being forced and idk what to do

Boobs leaking

How do you guys deal with your boobs leaking at night? I find it hard to wear clothes to bed but then the sheets and mattress are getting soaked! Any ideas what can I do?

Fandom baby names

Anyone else find it cringey or hate it when people name their kids after something from a popular book, TV show or film?

Like when everyone was naming their kids from Game of Thrones or now I keep seeing ACOTAR names (love love love the ACOTAR books but no way was I going to name my child Rysand 🤪)

Partner doesn’t drive – any advice?

I’m due in November with my first baby, and we live around 35 minutes from the hospital. My partner doesn’t drive, and him passing before the baby arrives isn’t an option, so I’m just wondering if anyone else has been in the same situation? How did you manage getting to the hospital when you went into labour, and do you have any tips or advice? 🤍
