Did anyone else suffer a couple days after the c-section? Im on day 3 of my recovery and my whole body is suffering. Climbing off the couch is a 10 minute process. Getting out of a bed is close to 15. Why is my body aching like this? Im still waiting on the pharmacy for the rest of my meds (the ones that matter I already have).

It was the same for me 😅 I remember struggling mostly getting in and out of bed . I didn't bother with the sofa as I was sure I couldn't get up.
Keep up with painkillers, laxatives 🫣 and your pelvic exercises xx

Agree with Elena. I struggled for weeks. You need to google search: how to cough, how to get out of bed, etc after a c-section.
I keep finding videos online showing aftercare and what to do but I’m 8m pp and it’s too late for me. Oddly I did try to look and I asked about but I didn’t really get more t other than don’t pick up anything heavier than baby and let dad do everything around the house at least for the first 2 weeks. Move seen online there are support bands for post C-section, they’re meant to be good too.

Same for me and I was extremely sore too.

I stopped feeling pain around 8-9weeks. Give yourself some grace. You just got cut open 7 layers 3 days ago!
Dont try to do anything too strenuous bc that will make recovery time longer. I like an idiot was trying to do chores the first couple of days after being back and ended up delaying recovery bc of it. Ofc walk around for blood circulation but limit it to just that for at least 2 weeks. Have dad help out.

I literally think I messed up my back from trying to climb out of bed. Rolling on my side is so painful so I have to pry my body up with my arms and back muscles. Now my back aches and i am currently walking like an old man (lol) My boyfriend is amazing when he is able to help but he cant always be there every single time :/ Thank God he gets so much time off for the baby because it would be such a scary situation if it were just baby and I here.
