I’m a FTM and my kid is a month old. I’ve been breast feeding and pumping but when I pump I get not even an ounce out but when I feed my newborn. It seems like he’s eating alot. I don’t use formula cause it doesn’t do well with him. How can I get my supply to get better?
I drink coconut water cause it’s always helped. Alot of water. Gatorade and juice. My sleep should be good enough to make my supply decent It’s between 4-6 hours of sleep. My supply dipped out of nowhere 5 days ago.

Have you measured your nipples? Having the wrong flange size can negate the amount a pump can remove. They sell kits on Amazon with the sizing set and inserts. I think you can get it through insurance too but I just got mine on Amazon. Most women aren't a standard 24mm 😊

Babies are far more efficient at removing milk than pumps are, as long as he’s gaining weight and having plenty of wet & dirty nappies then your supply is completely fine!
You’re meant to have an oversupply at first while your body learns how much baby needs, then it reduces supply to match the demand!

Also, why are you stressing yourself about pumping, is there a reason you need to?

Oatmeal, leafy greens, fruits, the lactation cookies the teas

Try lactation cookies and the drink mix. I used it when I didn’t get much from pumping and trusttttt meeeee. You just have to keep up with pumping because your body adjusts to how much your baby eats

I second that babies are much more efficient and supply changes as needs change. That being said different times of day produce differently so that might be another cause. But I don't pump often but when I do it's often only an ounce or so- if you are breastfeeding that's normal
