Girly you do nothing and carry on with what you are doing! Any midwife right now would be telling you, especially this early on, that you eat WHATEVER you can! Because at the end of the day pregnancy does weird things to your body and food is food! I basically lived on cheese and onion mini cheddars, milky bar yoghurts and chipsticks for 7 weeks 🤣🤣🤣 it’s really normal! Don’t panic tbh 🩷 the food aversions are really normal too and the more your pregnancy progresses you might have a complete flip in what you want 🩷

Saw this statement & wondered what you all thought about it..

Sickness with everything

Morning mummy’s
I’m 8-9 weeks pregnant currently and my sickness is still very much here I didn’t have sickness with my first bubba so this is new to me 🤦‍♀️ is it me or is certain smells, my baby’s food, my baby’s pooey bum change, certain foods, certain drinks and the thought of all theses things make you gag/feel sick luckily I haven’t been sick but I have been close a couple times

How?!

How is anyone getting up, looking after baby, doing all the night feeds, managing to keep the house clean and still look presentable?! I feel like I’m really neglecting myself, barely even getting chance to have a glass of water and brush my teeth, let alone do some makeup and get dressed. Any tips would be much appreciated, my baby just doesn’t seem to want to get out of my arms

C section

Hello ladies,

I had a c section 2 weeks ago. I'm just wondering when you all went back to the gym, running etc?

I know i should rest for 6 weeks but I might start some gentle yoga.

Just wondering how everyone's recovery has been with a section?
