Hey guys
So I’ve been struggling for ages but it is getting to the stage where I cry most days due to the pain
But I am the manager of a pub! I am worried that if it progresses much more there isn’t much I can do treatment wise but to go off sick which really isn’t an option!
Has anyone had it this bad and been in a physical job? How did you cope or what did they do?

I had to go on leave early, was pretty much bed bound apart from physio there isn’t much that can be done 🥲 it’s so hard hope your okay x

When I was pregnant, I was a senior care assistant in a dementia home and worked 12 hour shifts, on my feet all day providing personal care ect and I had this from 11 weeks pregnant right up until I gave birth - the pain literally ‘disappeared’ when my little one arrived - I was shook!
I really struggled, paracetamol did NOT touch the sides (does it ever!?)
I ended up getting referred for physio, which helped a ‘little’. But I eventually my drs prescribed me a low dose of PRN codeine which was there for LAST RESORT (given the risks), I was petrified, but literally took one every now and again - this helped enough to help me sleep, and mobilise with some ease.
They offered me crutches towards the end, but I thought I’ve got this far what’s the point!
You’ve got this girl! Trust me🤍
