Once baby (11 weeks) settles around 9/half9 for the night she will sleep till about 1ish, will feed and will go back to sleep. And would only really wake another 2 times for a feed change ect and go back to sleep in her next to me bed. Now after she settles it’s either her first or second get up of the night she’s very light sleeping, gets unsettled and soon as I pick her up she sleeps in my arms, soon as I put her down she’s fussing again. All of a sudden this has started to the point now where I’m having to put her in bed with me and I hate it it scares me but it’s the only way we sleep. I also don’t want to make an habit of it but I don’t know what’s gotten into her. Please help, advice? Or anything lol?

Sounds like she's having a 3 month sleep regression it's 100% normal and her sleep should become better in a week or 2 my boy had one around the same time and ended up wanting held constantly it's 100% okay to let her fuss a bit and see if she settles back off by herself as long as she's safe! Are you putting her down asleep or letting her fall asleep by herself in there? We noticed our boy was worse if we let him fall asleep on us rather than putting him down sleepy and letting him fall asleep by himself

i started moving my little one into our bed at around 5am when he’d wake up for a feed and then leaving him in the bed and now it’s just full blown co sleeping from soon as we go to bed and i have to say it’s the best decision i have made so far as a mum and 14 weeks in! i get roughly 8 and a half hours of sleep every night and am hardly awake due to feeding him lying down so we both fall back asleep very easily! i think if it works for you then lean into it, this is better for both me&baby. he wants his mum and i want more sleep so that works for us :)
