He ate some of mine and absolutely loved it but I don’t know if a 3 year old should have them

Genuinely speaking I would just look at the ingredients and see if I want to feed my kid it

Probably not? Depends on the protein bar and the ingredients.

I eat protein bars and drink shakes but I don’t think I’d let the kids have them. They are at the end of the day ultra processed and I’m not sure that’s good for them even in small doses.
When my daughter thought I was eating chocolate bars I pointed at the 21g of protein number and told her she had to be 21 to eat it. Now that’s my go to and she even says “oh, I’ve got to be 15 mummy” 🤣 that’s how I’ve got her to stop asking.

I think it safe to have a few bites an not the whole bar

My son eats The Perfect Bar minis

Maybe a kids protein bar like Zbars, good a gather has one and little spoon.

3 year olds need less protien in a day than most protien bars have in them. Not bad for them to have a bit of yours occasionally but I wouldn't give a full one.
