I feel so bad, today I was chilling my daughter into her car seat and her chubby thigh got caught in the buckle so her skin was pinched quite hard. She was distraught ๐ she's fine now but I just feel so guilty and like a terrible mum.

Accidents happen. They always do. And the fact you feel bad just shows how caring and good of a mum you are. My 10 week old surprisingly hasnt had any accidents yet. Especially with his 4 year old brother. But my eldest son, when he was about 7 weeks old. My partner opened our bedroom door too hard and the wardrobe shook and a metal dragon figure (a garden decoration which was on my wardrobe๐) fell straight onto his head. He cried for a minuite then was fine. He also took a tumble out of a stroller when he was about 1 because his dad forgot to strap him in ๐๐๐ive never let him live that one down but he always tripple checks the straps on buggys now ๐

When my baby was a week old we had a heat wave and I was checking her temp with a thermometer and accidentally dropped it, she start crying and so did I and for days after I felt so guilty and would cry when someone made a joke about it, felt like the worst person in the world, things happen ๐xx
