Fully in the depths of teething, separation phase, learning new skills and tricks, sleep a little all over the place… I really need a few hours to myself but I feel bad for even saying it. Been awake since 3:50am and little one has only just gone back to sleep but now I’m awake and can’t stop crying. This week has been hard!! Can’t help but feel like the worst mum for wanting a few hours away from my baby and partner tbh…
All I can honestly say is W T F is this 9 month phase 😒

Nope absolutely not a bad mum. In fact a good mum is recognising you need time to yourself and taking it if you can and caring for yourself. If you don't look after yourself you can't show up to be the best mama for your bubba. This developmental stage is hard and kicking all of our butts. We are in the same boat too. My LO's sleep is so varied at the moment. He might sleep through one night, have a split night the next or wake up like now at 5.45am have milk and go back to sleep and the times differ. I can't believe I thought I was tired pre child because we are tiyaaaaaad lol. Trying to figure out if this is worse than the 4 month regression phase. It won't last forever that's what I keep telling myself. Honestly though if you can and have any sort of support around you from baby's dad to family/friends please ask them for support and take some time to yourself.

Completely agree with @
