Not sleeping !! FOMO baby 👶

My 16 week old, will not sleep!
She has just turned 16 weeks today and over the last week or so it has been increasingly difficult to settle her.
She’s always been difficult to settle but also very advanced - she’s sitting mostly independently, grabbing toys, putting everything in her mouth and showing all the signs she ready to be weaned (due to start very soon) & definitely already teething!
She has mostly slept in the pram/movement, rocked or BF to sleep - I’ve tried every other way, she just gets frustrated & refuses.
But it’s getting worse, to the point she’s having 4/5 hour wake windows and getting so distressed because she just won’t settle no matter how hard I try or what I do.

She doesn’t sleep in the car, pram anymore.
And is so unhappy all the time because she’s tired.

Honestly, I am stuck - I really have tried everything and I don’t know what to do.

I’m a tired mama, but my heart breaks for her because she’s so tired but can’t seem to settle or stay asleep.

Any suggestions? Is it just me or are there other mama’s having the same? Because this feels really overwhelming and lonely.

Thank you in advance for any tips!! 🤍

Hey I have had the same thing with my little boy he has been really well at nights but you could try a lullabies I us little singing birds on Spotify and a noise shusher, I give him a bath every night with a foot rub as there the pressure points, it helps them to relax if you have a baby shampoo with vapour in it, it could help but make sure there all cosy with a vest and sleep suit with a bottle or if you Brest feed can help but it is hard but it does get better my little boy had did that till he was one month but he’s 4 months now and sleeps so long at night about 7 hours but hates to nap during the day but a routine with a bath and a massage really relaxing for a baby I am a teacher and I have given a lot of advice to help others parents that used to struggle and if it doesn’t work just remember to keep calm as babies sensor stress.

No help in relation to sleep, sounds super tough. Being rocked or bf to sleep isnt a bad thing and very natural if that seems to work best. She could be hitting a regression, their little brains are learning sooo much.

Re weaning and out of curiosity, why are you starting early? The signs you have mentioned (apart from mostly sitting independently) are very common for a 3/4m old and not reliable signs they are ready

Would you be uncomfortable if you were breastfeeding and a random woman was staring at your breasts?

She’s literally staring and gazing into your breasts

Stopping formula

Hey, just wanted to get some advice on when / how to stop formula! Is it a straight swap to cows milk on their first birthday? Or swap one bottle a day or something and do it gradually? Also, what kind of bottles should we be using?

I breastfed for 10 months and still have some freezer stock aswell, should I still give him this after he turns one?

Thank you 😊

Breast feeding - should I give up

My little lady is 11 days old and I have been combi feeding her with breast and formula.
To keep my supply I have been pumping around 3 times a day as baby girl isn’t always keen on the boob. ( always offer boob before formula) I have also been giving her bottles of my breast milk.
My boobs have been tender since I started but today I have never felt pain like it. My right boob I can’t even touch. It’s so sore and I have a big bruise on the side. Feeling a bit deflated and feeling to just give up as it’s just far too painful!

Any tips?
