Having a dog honestly 😅 but seriously though, he self feeds mostly but I do try to feed him myself if it’s something mushy or slimey that’s going to get everywhere, have a lot of plates and cutlery so I don’t have to wash after every meal, I have a handheld vacuum ($20ish amazon) to pick up crumbs, and at the end of the night is the actual deep clean where I spray everything down

Disinfectant wipes have become my best friend 🤣 just a quick wipe after every meal before it gets crusty

Bibado, or other coverall bibs.

The dog 😂 agree with above comment though- have lots of plates & forks/spoons so you’re not washing the same 2 plates multiple times a day & hand held vacuum. I use the swiffer for quick floor clean up for anything sticky or wet after because we have hardwood and tile.

How ???

Why is it okay for men to just come and go as they please ?
BD just gets up gets changed and says cya later and walks out the house to go on a night out only to return at 5:30am and then spend the remainder of the day in bed.
Meanwhile I’m looking after our 2 kids who are under 2.
How is this behaviour seen as acceptable ?

My husband sucks at parenting

He just so mean and verbally aggressive towards our children. I’m constantly defending them and mediating every situation, and we fight constantly because I constantly intervene in his parenting moments because they’re just not how you parent. I don’t know what to do because he won’t change, and if we divorce, we get 50/50 custody so that doesn’t really seem like the better option since I wouldn’t be there to act as a barrier.

It’s the way he talks to them when his patience has ran out, which is happening a lot more lately.

Has anyone introduced dancing fruits to there baby yet?

Honestly dancing fruits has been a god send at calming my little one (5weeks old) and it’s amazing to see how much his eyes follow the fruit on the screen! And he even smiles at it!😀 highly recommend!

Anyone else having issues with their partner post partum?

I feel like we argue a lot and never see eye to eye anymore. We are almost 1 year post partum and it’s getting worse.
I just feel like I absolutely resent him and pretty much hate him on days. We have zero communication now and don’t talk about fights because anytime I tell him what he’s done wrong he turns it around on me somehow. No one says sorry and we just start talking a day or two later because of our son.

I’d definitely say I’m more miserable than happy and I think I want to leave. My family all live 2.5 hours away from me so it’s hard to get that support from them.

Does anyone else feel this way, or is it just me?
