I just had my second baby 3 weeks ago. One thing i recommend is giving task to your husband now like bath time or little task like that. I honestly did most of it so when the newborn came home that was the biggest adjustment with my October baby because I had a c-section and wasn’t able to do much.
Also don’t be nervous my October baby adjusted super fast and it has been a great experience. He loves his baby sister.

I’ve heard every advice under the sun I feel like. My baby is one month old now. And my other is 21 months. The one advice that I didn’t hear, but I really wish I had was that I’m already a mother and I will fall into it so easily. You already know what to do, you just don’t know it yet. You bounced back-and-forth between taking care of the two. One’s crying you pick it up the other one’s crying you pick that one up sometimes you hold two crying babies at once. There’s good moments like when you are all sitting in bed together, and the babies aren’t crying . There’s awful moments like when you can’t get your kids to sleep, when you have to cook food for your tot, but your newborn is crying . Sometimes I bring my newborn to the bathroom and make a makeshift bassinet with her blanket in the sink so that I can relax on the toilet in peace. You may feel guilty for the first bit, not being able to take care of them as efficiently as you used to be able to before you had your baby.

But you don’t divide your love between your two children, which is what most people are worried about, somehow your love magically multiplies , expands , grows . Your kiddos might not like each other at first, but they will eventually. And just remember that you’ve done this once and you’ll do it again and crush it this time because you’ll be going a second time around. You already know the tips and tricks girl. You know how to take care of your 2 1/2 year-old and you know how to take care of a newborn. Piece of cake I promise. The trenches are rough, but you know as a mom that we are just literally superheroes,

About to give birth in less than 4 weeks and my little one will be 22 months so will see how it goes
