When did you start showing with baby #2?

I started showing around 14-18 weeks with my first baby, depending on what I was wearing. Curious when others started showing 🤰

I was around 6-8 weeks when my sister and other close family could tell and started questioning it.

Did you feel you pay less attention to your second baby than the first?

I mean starting since they are in the womb. I’m pregnant with my second baby and I feel a tremendous difference between my first pregnancy and the second on how much I was planning, thinking, talking to baby in the womb since now I’m running after a 20 month old. Also, even with the name, I was very clear about the name of my first child. And I’m not so sure I don’t feel a strong affinity towards the name of my second child. I keep going back-and-forth between two names, I don’t feel decisive.

If you have more than one, how did you know you were done having kids?

I’m currently pregnant with my 2nd, due in 2 months and I always thought I was happy with 2 up until this week. Now the idea of this baby being our last and my last pregnancy, makes me so sad! My husband is due to get a vasectomy done in a few weeks and I don’t know how I feel about it, even though it was my idea 🫠 I texted him saying I don’t think this will be our last baby and he texted back saying why are you saying this? 😂

Third trimester anxiety

I just got into the third trimester and my anxiety has been climbing. I’m sure it’s all the things, birth/labor, having a newborn, bodily changes. Etc. was wondering if anyone else felt this change after having a pretty peaceful 2nd tri? Sometimes it’s not even my thoughts that are getting me it’s just an anxious feeling in my body. Can anyone else relate?

High blood pressure

Is anyone being monitored for this? My first pregnancy I ended up in antenatal at 39 weeks to monitor BP and was medicated after birth.

My BP has been spot on all this pregnancy until around 33 weeks when its suddenly raised. I've got to be monitored weekly at the day assessment unit but its not high enough to warrant medication.

To give an idea, ive gone from around 120/80 to an average of about 135/95.

Just wondering if anyone is in the same boat.
