Been really trying to stay optimistic this pregnancy as my first was an induction at 40+3 which led to emergency section so this time I've declined all induction/suggestions and I'm waiting hopefully for spontaneous labour.
I know obviously babys don't arrive on their due date often but he's measuring big and walking is ridiculous, I'm massive and the pelvic pain is intense. I've had one full day of light contractions two days ago then nothing since and I think it just got my hopes up and now I'm really deflated mentally about the whole thing.
I also have gestational diabetes and an appointment/ growth scan Wednesday when I'm 40+4 and I know they're just going to continue to push for interventions I don't want and mentally I'm exhausted with it all

No advice, but I feel your frustration. My last pregnancy ended in an emergency c-section after going into spontaneous labor at 38+6.
With my due date tomorrow Iām feeling the time pressure before my hand is going to be forced to have an induction or elective section. Plus I am also just done with feeling so massive!
