So i got to name our first baby because it was a girl and we both agreed on the middle name because our moms happened to have the same middle name! Now this time its a boy and he gets to pick the first name and I get to pick the middle name. The problem is this...he likes older "classic" names. If he goes with William i will pick Cade as the middle name and call him Cade primarily (i want to avoid nick names like little willy) But recently he has expressed that he might want to use his name. I really dont want to tell my husband that I dont like his name. But I also dont want to name my son something I hate. Ugh....im gunna have to tell him aren't I?!?!

Yes girl, u carrying that baby for 9 months and risking ur life to push him out… at the end of the day the decision is yours! My first is a jr and I regret it till this day but my bd completely took advantage of my emotional state when it was time to name him and I didn’t feel like arguing it

Ughhhh when I was super convinced I was having a boy before our NIPT result I was in a super similar struggle. Could I ask what his name is ? Maybe you can get creative. For example my husbands name is Michael which I really do like as a name but I didn’t love the idea of our son not having his own identity. We agreed to a J middle name from my side of the family and to have him go by MJ
To Bray’s point my mom to this day regrets letting my dad strong arm her into giving him a junior too

His name is Charles and im really happy I rarely have to call him that lol I really am not a fan. Plus he has 2 other boys he's gotten to put his 2 cents in so im gunna try to steer hard away from Charles 😆. My best bet is it's also his dad's name who he doesnt like. I dont want him to know I hate his name unless iy comes down to it 😒
