Hey
We are going away next week and the tap water isnt drinkable and i know there is an issue with sodium levels in bottled water.
What do people do in this scenario if not using ready made? Xx

Following! I didn’t even think about the sodium!

When we went away last year our little girl was 8 months old and on formula and the drinking water was not recommended. We were lucky that the shops sold Evian which has low sodium levels but if you google bottled water and the safe levels you can check on the bottles in the shops! We used bottled water to wash the bottles and boiled the water in the kettle once only for making the milk! Also used bottled water with a Milton tablet for the cold water steriliser too! (We used a collapsible bucket for this as it fitted better in the case) ☺️

I went holiday to my country and I done some research on the type of water bottles they had and I was comparing them to what I would use at home , I used chatgpt as I had to research, if you have the time I would search what water bottles are in available in the destination of holiday, I was comparing ingredients of each bottled

We searched up what’s the best bottled water we can use. We had lots of Evian. Hope this helps.
