Traveling with baby
I just learned that if your wanting to get passport for your baby you need the other parents consent. He is on the birth certificate as well signed. Did anyone partner did not want to give consent orrrr idk what was your experience

I thought it was just that you need consent for each holiday or else you can be accused of abduction? I have put in for a passport this week 😅 no consent from father.
Typically both parents have to attend the appointment, unless you have proof of full custody. I think there might be some kind of form they can sign as well.
