Girl I feel for you! I’m in the exact same situation and it’s so hard. Just know you’re doing amazing 🤍

ive learned that if you let them go past that wake window it is SO much harder to get them ti sleep cause they get overly tired and then its hard for them to stay asleep, i make sure that by the time he hits the 45-60 min of being awake that i start trying to put him to sleep to prevent that overly tired stuff. im so sorry though its so tough

Babies have no concept of day and night until around 3 months old. It’s so hard but it’s not forever xx

It doesn’t last forever, I remember sitting on the end of my bed with my little girl around this age and I just couldn’t for the life of me get her to sleep. I was falling asleep with exhaustion and crying at the same time it was awful. You’re doing a brilliant job mama! 🤍🤍

Pumping?

Has anyone tried pumping again months and months after that initially had stopped? I’m 8m pp and I’m still making drops if I squeeze my nips. Opinions and thoughts on this matter? Nothing negative.

IM GOING CRAZY

for a month now my 8 month old baby is literally crying from morning till night it is so annoying, nothing is wrong with her! she cant get down for naps because she has so much energy meaning shes falling asleep at 10/11pm and up at 7/8am I cant do this anymore i've tried rocking i've tried putting her to sleep on me first i've tried everything. I cant do this anymore, i have the worst headache.
i've tried the cry it out method but she literally will not stop crying she literally cries for 10-15 minutes and on going if i dont go to her. I cant keep doing this, she was never like this.

i have adhd and its so overstimulating and overwhelming my body is in constant fight mode because of it i just feel like i cant keep doing this, i love my baby but i'm hating myself and my life. i cant keep up with the house or even clean it up for her because all she does is cry and my husbands at work basically all day and helps when he can.

does it get better or just worse from here.

Health Review

Hey Mamas, has anyone else's baby had a health review yet? I've been reading a few things online and now I'm worried I was supposed to book one with the health visitor. She’s 4 months old. I don't remember being told to arrange it myself. Did your health visitor contact you, or did you have to book it?

Daytime naps

I have a nearly 4 week newborn. Baby sleeps great at night, she sleeps in the next to me in her cocoon pillow with her love to dream swaddle blanket.

I’ve heard advice that during the day they should be put down for a nap not where they sleep at night with slightly more daylight.

She doesn’t really get off to sleep much during the day at all. Feel like I hate to cuddle her for ages for her to settle for only about half an hour.

I feel like maybe I should put her down for naps upstairs in her next to me as she would during the night just so she can get some sleep during the day.

Anyone else’s baby just fights sleep during the day?
