I’d go. I went into labor at 37 weeks and I went in for “constipation pain” . It was back pain and feeling like I had to poop. Turns out I was 4cm dialated 🫤 had my baby the next morning.

Ive been feeling this for the last week! I think this is my sign to go get checked too, sounds like it could be early labour, definitely best to go and get sent home then not go at all

If it’s making you cry and you cant talk through the pain, best to go and get checked x

Better to go and be sent home than to be home and something bad is happening. When I was 30 weeks i noticed decreased fetal movement. Almost talked myself out of going to the hospital. Good thing i went because i had an emergency c section 2.5 days later. I always tell this story to remind moms to trust their instincts, and to just go to the hospital just in case 🖤🖤

The anus pain makes me think to suggest yes go get checked, I told my midwife I felt like I needed to poo and they all rushed around came in and told me to push! Apparently it’s a very known saying women say when they’re about to be ready to push. Best of luck xx

Planned vs emergency c section recovery?

Is an emergency c section recovery harder than a planned one?

What recovery experience did you have with a planned or an emergency c section?

Has anyone had both?

Thank you x

EIF or CPC

Hi! I just went to my 20 week anatomy scan and they said my babygirl looks and seems totally healthy with very low risk of any chromosomal defects but during the scan they saw a EIF in her brain and CPC in her heart and want me to go to a specialist for another ultrasound to get better details. I am currently freaking out internally and want to know if any other mothers have dealt with this and if it’s true they do go away after time. Feel free to chat me!

unsure of scan photo?

I had my 12 week scan a couple weeks ago and baby just wasn’t not co operating so they asked me to come back a couple weeks later to which i did yesterday… baby still wasn’t completely playing ball and was faced away and then slightly turned so she could get a little picture, the sonographer got the best picture she could, she was lovely bless her and she said she couldn’t see any concerns but…i’m not sure if it’s the angle or if it’s just be but i feel like babies face just looks a little off like the nose area is very pointy???
i’m just looking for some reassurance. is this normal and it’s just not a great angle or could something be up?
