Has your child ever had fever hallucinations?

I think my 4 year old had this last night? It was the scariest thing. She had a fever so she was in bed with us. Once second she is telling me to go get her more water and then all of a sudden she is screaming and shaking and yelling “who’s doing that? What is that? I’m scared” over and over. It happened a second a little later.

Has anyone experienced this with their kid?

Poor you, that must have been awful! Hope her temperature has broken now and you've been able to get some rest. The good news is that she won't remember any of it, so I wouldn't mention it ever in front of her....until she's like 18!.

Yep my daughter does every time she gets a fever. Usually lasts about 2 nights she doesn't remember anything thankfully but scares the life out me.
She thinks people are getting her and they are so loud talking its scary. I breathe her through it and remind her shes home safe with me. Give her calpol and cuddles

it was awful! She does remember it though! She’s talked about it all day and but can’t really answer questions about it really. She’s only 4!

But yes thank goodness it all was over very quick. The fever came on so suddenly and was gone in about 12 hours

have you ever talked to a doctor? I’m not sure if I should call her pediatrician in the morning? Google says it’s normal but it was traumatizing

Yes twice this has happened with my son. The first time he was 3 and it was one of the rare nights without my husband home. I was quite convinced the house was haunted. It terrified me 😂😂

has anyone got any tips on how they might have settled their baby with colic? he is constantly screaming the house down at the moment the poor soul, just want to try anything to help at the moment😢 pic so we don’t get lost 🤍

Can't breastfeed anymore

Has anyone got any baby feeding things they can post like bottles and pumps ect please I'm so sorry but I can't breastfeed anymore, it's so so painful and I feel so guilty but I can't do it and I only really breastfed for finances as ours are really really low 😭 anything will do thank u xx

Getting Stuff Done

My little girl is nearly 4 weeks old. When I am home alone with her, I am really struggle to get stuff done around the house. I feel like all I do all day, every day is sit on the sofa watching the TV while she's asleep next to me in her moses basket, or feeding, burping and changing her when she's awake.

HELP! When does it get easier to leave your baby alone in a room so you can get stuff done?

Does your 2/3 year old like playing touching their vigina?

She normally does it when she is naked waiting to be bathed or dressed. I am not so worried about her doing it at home, as it is a safe place. But i get worried if she does it at nursery or anywhere else... anyone else experienced this and what do you advise please?

"I dont like you daddy"

So my 5 year old daughter has always been a mummy's girl but the past year 80% time she will be horrible to her dad/my partner.
She will say "i dont like you" to me during a tantrum but she really goes at my partner for absolutely no reason 90% time.
She shouts "go away" to him when he walks in the room.
Its really upsetting him and I keep telling him she doesnt mean it and to ignore it but i know its really affecting him and he struggles in the moment and will say things like "fine I'll go"/storm up stairs or he will argue with her..which is of course making her do it more as shes getting a reaction.
I'm just after some advice really..is this a faze?

Moving to their own room

Curious to see when you plan to move your little ones to their own room?

My son is 4 months old today and I plan to do it around mid next month so he will be around 5 and a half months old.

He sleeps 12 hours a night on average with no wakes. So he doesn’t need me through the night but also don’t want to move him too early and ruin the great amount of sleep we all get at the moment.
