My little girl is nearly 4 weeks old. When I am home alone with her, I am really struggle to get stuff done around the house. I feel like all I do all day, every day is sit on the sofa watching the TV while she's asleep next to me in her moses basket, or feeding, burping and changing her when she's awake.
HELP! When does it get easier to leave your baby alone in a room so you can get stuff done?

A baby sling helped me a lot!

Baby wear, or use a rocking chair. We got the Joie Sansa 2 in 1 and I really wish I had it for newborn days! You can set how gentle or harsh you want the rocking to be, so she’ll feel like you’re still there holding her. Has music and nature sounds too. Or, baby gym on the floor and she might be intrigued by the toys over her head long enough. You got this mama, it is tremendously hard. I have a 6 and a half month old and she’s so difficult to entertain and I can’t even shower unless my husband is home too 🥲

My girl is about 3 weeks old and the only way I can get things done is with a baby wrap! She loves being so close to me and I have two hands to clean or wash bottles, it’s been a life saver. Wishing you luck!!

Baby carrier but also give yourself grace that 4 weeks is still SO SO tiny and you are still recovering. There’s very little you need to do other than look after her and yourself x
