I had a doppler scan yesterday to track babies blood flow through cord, placenta and vital organs before 2nd growth scan next week. The sonographer didn't flag concern at amniotic fluid level being 6.1cm but I know the benchmark is usually 8+ for a normal amount and 5cm is considered low. I also know that the amniotic fluid level does drop later in pregnancy, but would you flag this to my consultant if it hasn't been flagged by sonographer?!
