Pretty sure most big supermarkets accept them. We used ours in Tesco x

You can use them at Boots and Argos 😊 they are actually amazing. I got a coupon for free disposable post partum underwear, you sometimes get baby bottles, wipes, 1 pack of Pampers nappies, sample of fairy detergent and other coupons as well

Oh sorry! I thought you were asking where to get the packs from…

Sleeping through crying newborn

I spent a lot of time on the post natal ward which turned me into a really heavy sleeper (was a really light sleeper before). And now I sleep through my baby crying - anyone else just completely does not hear their child cry or am I a bad mum?! Luckily I always wake up to my husband feeding her 🙃…

2-Month sleep regression

Hey, first time mum! 👋🏻

My daughter is currently in the two month sleep regression stage, is completely refusing naps & seems to cluster feed throughout the day.

My partner also works nights so I’m alone with her throughout the night & majority of the day whilst he sleeps, so I’m unable to put her into her cot throughout the daytime as our spare bedroom is still unfinished (only been in our house for a year, eek!) 😖

She still also wakes throughout the night for feeds, maybe two/three times.

Everything I have seen online suggests that they should only have a wake window at this stage of 60-85 minutes, but she just doesn’t seem tired!

Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated! My washing basket is currently a mountain & I’m struggling with how to keep her entertained for 10 hours a day 🙈😂

Techniques for getting my baby to burp after feeding

My baby almost never burps after feeding and it makes him really gassy. What burping positions or tricks have actually worked for your little ones? Would love to hear any advice!

Why doesn't anyone warn you about the postpartum "zoning out"? 🫪☁️

Over the last 3 months, I’ve noticed I just feel blank? I can’t have a basic conversation without wandering off midsentence. Sometimes I’ll literally just stop talking because I completely forget what I was even saying, or I can’t find the basic words I’m trying to use.

Other times I just sit and stare at my baby, running endless loops in my head "When did she last feed? How long was her last nap?" Or honestly, I’ll just sit in total silence because my brain feels frozen.

Is anyone else in this 3 month postpartum 'phase' Please tell me I’m not the only one whose brain has completely logged off! 🫠👇

Sterilisation

I understand the NHS guide line is to sterilise everything till they 1 year old but my little one has started nursery and everything is going in her mouth so all germs and bugs are being exposed to her. Did you still sterilise when your little ones started nursery before they were 1? I’m struggling to see if there is any point at this stage 🤷🏻‍♀️🤔

Bath Time 🤦🏾‍♀️

My one year old son has decided that since he can walk that he should stand in the bathtub. I still use the infant bathtub since he still fits inside. Even if I put toys in the tub he still wants to stand. Any tips on how to keep him sitting? Is it time to say goodbye to the infant tub?
