I understand the NHS guide line is to sterilise everything till they 1 year old but my little one has started nursery and everything is going in her mouth so all germs and bugs are being exposed to her. Did you still sterilise when your little ones started nursery before they were 1? I’m struggling to see if there is any point at this stage 🤷🏻♀️🤔

Bottles should always be sterilised, if you bottle feed, otherwise no.
I did for the first few months, but only first time a toy was used, otherwise they got a wipe down every once in a while.
Once they start putting everything in their mouth I didn’t see the point.
Also the more they get exposed to germs until age 3 the less likely they are to develop astma and certain allergies.
