He still has reflux occasionally as he has GORD and suspected CMPA and is allergic to egg and milk so we have been doing both the egg and milk ladder. He has formula first thing when he wakes up then breakfast an hour to two later depending on his hunger. He was seen by a dietitian who advised food first but now his first nap falls around 9-9.30am and he can nap anywhere from 30-90 minutes it means there's a bigger gap until lunch which is usually 11.45am/12pm. So I'm never sure whether to give him a bottle upon waking from his nap as it goes against food first advice or leave him to wait about 45-60 minutes until lunch. He has 4 bottles a day of 4-4.5oz. He's on the lower end because of he eats solids well and paediatrician and dietitian felt that he was filling up too much on milk and solids and not stopping when he was actually full which is why they advised solids first and then milk but he finishes every bottle still. No sign of him dropping a bottle at all.

Usually our typical day, he is dropping that first nap though so typically only sleeps in the afternoon now for a length of time. I’m anticipating it to change because he’ll be going to nursery in the coming weeks for my return to work

It's hard to offer advice if you've been told to do food first as I have never been advised that, they've always told me milk is the most important part of the diet at the minute so I always do milk first.
But our schedule looks something like this (obviously will alter slightly if he gets up earlier or later)
Wake 6:30, bottle 7am
Breakfast 8:30, nap 9:30
Wake 11, bottle pretty much straight away, then lunch 12:30
Next nap around 2/2:30 until 3, bottle on waking at 3ish.
Tea around 4:30/5
Bedtime bottle at 7
He isn't drinking much milk at the moment. Probs between 3-4oz but he is teething. I'm still sticking to the routine though cos he's happy enough with it and doesn't want milk more often or anything

Times vary by small amounts each day. But our general schedule is
Wake up 6-6:30
Milk (can be a while later depending on how agreeable she is with getting dressed/nappy change 🤣)
Food an hour later
Nap
Milk
Food an hour later
Nap
Milk
Food an hour - two hours later
Milk 30 mins before bed
Bed routine
Repeat next day ❤️
She was a very refluxy baby we had feed thickener as she was generally having a lot come out after feeds and had started going down on her trend of weight. However it's all been pretty good a few months into food luckily, I also started getting her off the feed thickener around 6 months slowly. But I used to hold her upright for about 30 mins after all feeds (which made the dream feeds soooooo long)
She's generally been consuming 160ml each milk recently which I guess is 5.5oz?
