Just wana see if anyone else is going through the same, this is my second baby I’m pregnant with and I have a 2 year old. This pregnancy has flawed me, I literally have no energy and I’m so tired. I feel so guilty not doing much with my 2 year old but I just don’t have the energy😩 she does go to nursery and my family take her swimming etc but like today I have her on my own and I don’t have the energy to take her out

I've a 4 and 2yr old and expecting in Dec. I'm exhausted. My previous pregnancies were a lot easier. I find rallying to get out mid morning to go somewhere where they'll be other things going on really helpful. And while I do have to be "on the go" it's easier once we're actually out the door. I do about three days a week with them on my own, but I ask my oh on days where I'm really tired to WFH and he'll help me get them ready to go out which I find the hardest bit. We do "gardening" most days and I have a chair outside. I have to move about a lot but if I start by getting on with weeding they often find ways to occupy themselves and then ice there in full swing I can sit down for a bit here and there.
And then late afternoon I do telly. It is really hard. Xx

I’m the same. This pregnancy has been tiring physically and mentally. I have a 4 year old, and working as well. I feel really overwhelmed and overstimulated on top of feeling so anxious this time round. You’re not alone x

I had a 2 year old and find getting up and out in the morning helps. She’s started skipping naps too which is rough.

My son is 20 months. It's so much more tiring than being pregnant the first time

Most definitely! I’m 42 and expecting my 2nd. My daughter is 2.5. She goes to nursery 3 days a week but for the other 4 days it’s mostly me and her as hubby works a lot. I also have cfs which doesn’t help. Oh and she’s not napped since around turning 2, so she’s full on all day! We try to get up and out to do something most days when I have her then home and have a chilled afternoon. If I’m struggling we do have a lazy snacky brecky In Mummy’s bed and tv until I can’t get going. I do feel guilty that I can’t do as much as we used to but I try to do what I can, just spending time together, reading, doing puzzles, colouring anything when I can be sat down. We are growing a human whilst looking after another one it’s understandable xxx

Same 😩 … fall asleep in the middle of the day sometimes and I’m really struggling to keep up with my toddler.
