Naps?

What sort of schedule is everyone doing for naps at 6 months?
We still have 3 naps…
wake at 7ish
nap 1-9:30 (45 mins ish)
Nap 2- 12:30-2:30
Nap 3- 4:45-5:15ish
Bedtime - 7:30/8

He’s really fighting the last nap at the moment but I feel like he still needs it as night sleep is not as consistent as it was! Wondered what everyone else is doing?

Thanks 🥰

My little girl is roughly on this schedule
6:00-6:30 - wake up
8:30-9:00 - nap 1 (1-1.5hours)
12:30-13:00 - nap 2 (normally 1 hour)
16:15-16:30 - last nap (20-30mins)
19:00-19:30 - Bedtime

She is also showing signs of fighting the last nap on some days but generally still needs it as she won't make it to bedtime in a good mood without.

Are we having regular sex?

We're averaging 1-2 times per week. What about you? I thought this was normal but my husband just told me we're not having enough sex. We have a 24 month old and a 12 week old I thought we were doing decent considering....am I wrong?
This has been the average since my son was born 2 years ago.

Would you rather have A) a fussy baby all day and I mean whining and crying but then sleeps through the night or B) a chill baby during the day and one who wakes up once at night who struggles to remain asleep for whatever reason but tries?

You all have the baby you have lol. Hubby and I were having a conversation about this as we have baby B but he said he would rather A bit then again he isn't on mat leave at home all day with the baby. I am just interested what others would prefer.

8 month olds

My baby will be 8 months at the end of this month and struggling is not the word. All she does atm is cry, and winge and fight. Shes fighting her naps all day long and at bedtime, Theres just a constant crying or winging going on and I really don’t know what to do anymore. I could’ve done everything and she would still be crying. I’m really getting inpatient and struggling because I’m literally shattered, doing it all on my own most days and just feel like it’s gonna be like this forever.

Sleep Training - Cry it out method

Just curious if anyone sleep trained their baby using the cry it out (full extinction) method when they were old enough? How hard was it and when did you start seeing the results? How old was your baby when you tried this?

Tongue tie assessment with infant feeding team

Hi ladies,

I had an assessment with the infant feeding team and the result was borderline. They said she had a milky coated tongue at the back and a high palate. Not sure what all this means. My baby hiccups before and after feeds and sometimes the latch is sore but she has been gaining weight steadily so weight isn't a concern. Not sure if it's related but sometimes after a feed she also coughs, maybe this is related to fast milk flow... The team has referred me to the tongue tie team but just not sure or convinced she needs the snip or not. Is it fair to snip if she doesnt really need it? There is no pain relief for the baby so don't want to get it done unnecessarily. Anyone else had a borderline result?
