Any other august mums feel like they’re actually going to be a September mum at this rate ??

I’m sooooo jealous seeing everyone’s beautiful August babies arriving and mine seems to be getting more comfortable by the day🤣my partners friends & family message him daily with “is the baby here yet”. Like nope. Still waiting. I’ve tried absolutely everythingggg. I’m just SO ready to meet my girl now

Same here 😂 At this point I don’t even answer people’s calls because if I don’t pick up, they automatically think I’m in labour! 🤣😭 I’m just tired of explaining that baby is STILL happily chilling in there 😂😭

I’m 40 weeks + 1 today, and honestly this is the longest I’ve ever waited! At this point I’ve just left it to whatever happens, whenever baby decides to make an appearance.

Okay, but if that does happen, just remember you get to have a whole extra year with your baby before they start school!!

Best advice is have in your mind now that you’re talking 2 weeks after due date. My first was 11 days late that changed the month he was born (Scotland school year is from march 1st and he was march 4th but it makes life easier as no question about deferring!) and my daughter 13 days late but didn’t change month. This baby is due 31st and I’ve been in September 2026 babies from the start 😂😂

I've had 4 people who are in my NCT and yoga group give birth before me and it should have been me next 🙃 I have cried many times. I literally ignore people now when they ask. I have 3-4 people I will answer like close friends who I can vent to, my dad and my Mother in law. But that's it. I've been having on off contractions for 10 days now and I've never in my life wished for pain 🤣 I've caved and booked an induction for next week when I hit 41 weeks

Not sure if it’s just me overthinking but does anyone worry about their little one being youngest in their year? Would you consider pushing them a year back in school so they can catch up? Everyone at work keeps saying try and hold on til September which doesn’t help because it’s already on my mind every day lol. I’m due 21st aug x

High PI Umbilical artery and protein in the urine - suspected preeclampsia

Hi all,
I am spinning and worried as hell. My placenta is not working properly and my baby is in the smaller side but still within the normal range for now. The PI is between 95 and 98 percentile, but still flowing so they think it will be ok for now to have doppler scans and CTG every week, and growth scan every two. They want to induce me at 36/37 weeks (I am 33 today). I am devastated and worried my placenta will stop working before I get to my next scan and the only symptoms would be less movements. My baby could get hurt and also the possibility of having preeclampsia scares me even more, since I know how dangerous it can be. Anyone could share their experience? I really need support right now 😞

Unexpected pregnancy

I found out that I’m pregnant last night even though I’ve been on the patch! Unfortunately the conversation didn’t go down well so it looks like I’m doing it on my own. I was wondering if anyone else has had an experience like this? I’m slightly nervous

Gestational diabetes test

Hey lovely people,

I’m looking for people who have had the gestational diabetes test done and ended up having to do a second test due to being sick in the first one 😅🤦🏼‍♀️ I had the test yesterday and safe to say my confidence going in was very quickly humbled and an hour in was sick… I know this does happen I’m just worried as this is my first time being sick the entire pregnancy and wondering if it’s a sign I may have either got gd or my body really didn’t agree with the heat and glucose increase… awaiting my next appointment wish me luck 😭
